Had a great experience at The Collective Pattaya. The beachfront location is fantastic, with the option to sit indoors, outdoors, or on the terrace, making it a perfect spot at any time of the day. I visited for both breakfast and lunch, and the food and drinks were consistently delicious. The staff were attentive, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy a meal with a beautiful view. Highly recommended!
As a Pattaya resident, I enjoy discovering new places, and The Collective Pattaya was a wonderful surprise. I visited around 6:30 PM and was immediately impressed by the atmosphere. The terrace is beautiful, the seating is very comfortable, and the décor is particularly stylish, with stretched fabrics reminiscent of yacht sails. The lounge music with subtle club vibes creates a chic and relaxing ambiance. The staff deserve special recognition. Everyone is attentive, professional, and always smiling, making guests feel genuinely welcome from the moment they arrive. The cocktail menu is excellent, and the food selection offers something for everyone, including pizzas, burgers, and quality meat dishes. A special thank you to Aomsin for recommending this fantastic venue. The Collective is an elegant and friendly place where it is easy to spend a very enjoyable evening. I highly recommend it.
This restaurant is amazing! This is my Third visit. I love all the BBQ. The solo combo platter is massive. The short rib i had twice, both times were excellent! Incredibly tender and flavorful. I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend! The photos are from all my visits.
What a vibe! We absolutely loved this place! Sits right in front of the beach so you have a great view of the sunset. LOVED the khao soi! Honestly everything we had was delicious and the service was outstanding. We went during Songkran so it was nice to have a front row seat to the water fights while enjoying our meals. We also thought the happy hour was a great value. Would 100% dine here again!
We visited The Collective Pattaya without high expectations — we were simply looking for a relaxed place that wasn’t too crowded and had a nice sea view. But the experience truly exceeded what we had imagined. We ordered the Solo Combo Platter, which included BBQ baby back ribs and beef brisket, with cornbread and coleslaw as our sides. The portions were generous and beautifully presented. The ribs were tender, juicy, and full of flavor, while the brisket was perfectly smoked and cooked. The cornbread was soft and comforting, and the coleslaw was fresh and well-balanced. We also had a cheese platter with a lovely variety of cheeses and fruit — perfect for sharing and pairing with the ambiance. Everything tasted amazing. On top of that, the service was warm, friendly, and attentive. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The music created a great atmosphere, and the sea view made the whole evening even more special. Overall, it was such a wonderful dining experience — great food, beautiful setting, and fantastic vibes. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again
