I happened to pass by and saw the grilled fish looked delicious. It was a big one, 180 baht each. It came with dipping sauce, rice noodles, and plenty of vegetables. You can buy extra rice noodles. The grilled fish was delicious and worth the price. The grilled chicken also looked tempting; I'll have to try it next time. They have various shellfish that can be blanched, as well as papaya salad, larb, nam tok, etc. There weren't many people eating in the restaurant; most were ordering delivery. There's no parking for cars; only motorcycles can park in front of the shop.
Great value for money. I happened to walk by and stopped in without expecting much. In summary, all the food was great. The cockles were already shelled and ready to eat, very convenient. But you absolutely must try the grilled chicken – it's incredibly good! I initially ordered half a chicken and ended up ordering more.
This is a long-established seafood restaurant. According to Thais, their Gai Yang (grilled chicken) is also delicious. This time, we ordered Gai Yang, Som Tum (Thai sai moo yo), conch (hoi wan), and two soft drinks for 440B between two people. The Gai Yang had crispy, fragrant skin from being smoked over charcoal, and the meat was tender and flavorful. It was delicious with the sweet and spicy sauce. The Som Tum was quite spicy, so I refrained and let my Thai friend eat it all, repeatedly saying "delicious, delicious!" The conch had a strong ocean aroma. It was slightly sweet, had a nice chewy texture, and a rich, intense shellfish flavor. The restaurant is old-fashioned and not exactly clean, but the food is definitely worth it.
