A Thai fusion dining experience that goes above and beyond expectations to ensure the best possible dining atmosphere. Rimpa Lapin is known as a feast for the senses that includes elegant dining across a romantic view of the crisp blue ocean, as well as the mountainous heights above. The restaurant is the brainchild of owners Linda and Oat, who are recognized regional television and film stars. During their careers in the entertainment industry, they dreamt of opening their own restaurant.
Their dream came to life with their final creation of a Thai fusion experience that is able to blend both Thai and French / Western styles of cooking. Fans of fusion cuisine travel far and wide to experience dishes like their Deep Fried Sea Bass with Cashews and Garlic, the stir-fried Filet of Garoupa with Black Mushrooms, their Scallops in Cream Sauce, Rock Lobster with Salted Eggs, or any of their other fusion delicacies that combine the best of zesty regional Thai recipes with the delicate flavour of European creams and savoury pepper.
One of the best times to visit this restaurant is around sundown, as it’s known for remarkable sunset views across the ocean. The design is casual but still leaning toward upper-class, with a design similar to a thatched seaside bungalow that creates a very authentic Thai atmosphere.
