Pan and David is a staple of cuisine on the island of Ko Sichang. The dishes that make Pan & David famous are their fresh crabs, sea bass, tender Filet Mignon, and specialized pasta dishes such as their Fettucini with Asparagus and Anchovies. A wide selection of Thai cuisine ranges from Green Curry to their famous Sweet and Sour Chicken. For dessert, don’t forget to try their homemade ice cream.
The restaurant also features its own garden, and many of the ingredients like the fresh Kalamata olives are homegrown. Fans of healthy eating will enjoy the diverse selection of organic foods that are produced or caught locally.
