I had dinner at Lobster Pot today and selected a beautiful spiny lobster. I was seated at a very nice table in a separate booth and told the staff how I would like the lobster to be prepared. For drinks, I ordered water and white wine. I would have preferred to order a bottle of wine, but I was told by the staff that no bottled wine was available. So I went with the house white wine by the glass instead. The lobster was prepared and served quickly. It tasted excellent and was cooked perfectly. The service throughout the meal was attentive, and my glass was regularly refilled. At the end, I was also given a complimentary fruit plate, which was a nice touch. I finished my drinks, paid the bill and left the table very satisfied. Unfortunately, on my way out I noticed several shelves at the entrance filled with bottles of wine. After having been specifically told that no bottled wine was available, I found this rather confusing and, to be honest, a little disappointing. Apart from that, everything was very good. The lobster was excellent and the service attentive. However, because of the situation with the wine, it is 4 stars instead of 5 for me.
