A lot of traditional French fare is found at Canary Bay that include seafood dishes such as the Moules Gratinees, a dish of mussels served with garlic sauce and rich French cheeses. Other seafood options include fresh trout, seared and served with a white wine sauce.
A famous dish and a customer favourite is the Choucrouterie Alsacienne, an assortment of meats from the Alsace-Lorraine region that includes everything from ham to simmered pork and sausages.
