Some of the most well known dishes that Canary Bay offers include a wide variety of meats that are not commonly served in Pattaya. This includes both rabbit and lamb that arrive to your plate in roasted or sautéed varieties accompanied with garlic sauce and fresh vegetables.
A lot of traditional French fare is found at Canary Bay that include seafood dishes such as the Moules Gratinees, a dish of mussels served with garlic sauce and rich French cheeses. Other seafood options include fresh trout, seared and served with a white wine sauce.
A famous dish and a customer favourite is the Choucrouterie Alsacienne, an assortment of meats from the Alsace-Lorraine region that includes everything from ham to simmered pork and sausages.
