This bar is very nice, highly recommended！The city's night view and sea view are unobstructed, and it's cool and comfortable even in September. When making the reservation, we informed the restaurant that it was my wife and I's birthday and anniversary celebration. After our meal, the restaurant surprised us with a cake. Meanwhile, the bartender also offered free refills. The service was proactive and excellent. The environment was romantic and beautiful. I highly recommend coming here!
I really loved the service here. The staff were incredibly attentive and paid attention to every little detail. They presented the food and drinks with such genuine passion, which made us feel truly immersed in the experience. Vibes is very comfortable. The best rooftop bat in Pattaya. Cocktails is reasonal price during happy hour -only THB 450 - 520 and you get buy 1 get 1 free. Great service with the staff especially Khun TAN and Jam.
An Unforgettable Rooftop Dining Experience I had a wonderful dinner at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service—everyone was attentive, friendly, and highly professional throughout the evening. This is undoubtedly one of the best places in Pattaya to enjoy dinner while watching the sunset over the sea. The panoramic rooftop view is simply breathtaking and surprisingly rare to find in Pattaya, making the entire experience even more memorable. Another great bonus is their Happy Hour before 7:00 PM, where selected drinks are buy one, get one free, a fantastic way to start the evening. For dinner, I ordered the steak, cheese salad, and the Cold Cut Cheese Platter. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. I paired the meal with selected wines by the glass, a Cabernet Sauvignon and a Sauvignon Blanc. Both wines complemented the food perfectly, especially the cheese platter, creating an excellent balance of flavors. To top it all off, hotel guests are even allowed to take their glass of wine down to the Infinity Pool, making it the perfect way to end the evening while enjoying the spectacular view. If you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a special celebration, or simply one of the finest rooftop dining experiences in Pattaya, I highly recommend Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar.
Had an amazing experience at Horizon Rooftop Restaurant & Bar at the Hilton Pattaya for my sister’s 21st birthday. The food was incredible, and the customer service was 10/10. Our waiter, Man, made the whole experience effortless and enjoyable. He took the time to explain the menu, recommended some great dishes, and even offered to take photos of me and my family. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made the evening even more memorable. Thank you for making such a special occasion one we’ll never forget.
