This is a working gym. If you don't like hot and sweaty places then you shouldn't attend. Frank is a superb character and will be very helpful and informative if you are really interested to learn and to fight.
Frank, the owner (see interview) footage is originally from Holland. He first came to Pattaya over 20 years ago as a fighter; but due to injury he opted to become a Muay Thai trainer and owner.
Over the years the Gym has been phenomenally successful and has produced 9 world champ fighters.
The gym is open to all and at least 50% of the members or visitors are not Thai nationals.

One session 270 Baht
Weekly 1,100 Baht
2 Weeks 2,000 Baht
3 Weeks 2,850 Baht
Monthly 3,500 Baht
This includes a dedicated trainer and use of all the facilities.
