• Please make sure your phone no provided in the booking is contractable via WhatsApp/ Line/ Tel. As our product is a private charter boat, cancellations are not allowed within 7 days of the departure date. After booking, our team will contact you 7 days before departure to arrange a deposit. If you decide to cancel during this period, the deposit will be charged. However, if you proceed with the trip as scheduled, the deposit will automatically be released back to your account. Please be aware that the cruise to the islands typically takes between 3 to 3.5 hours, depending on the wind and sea conditions on the day of travel. During public holidays, a surcharge of 10,000 THB per trip will apply. This surcharge is effective during the periods of 28 December to 2 January and 12 April to 15 April.
