Sriracha Tiger Zoo

The Tiger Zoo is located only about 30 Kilometres fro Pattaya in theSriRacha area.

As well as the main feature provided by the Tigers there are a host of other attractions within the 100 Acre site.

These include an amusing Pig show. This is not as incongruous as it may seem; after all the baby Tigers here are fed and weened on sow's milk. It is amazing to see the huge vicious cats cohabitate with the fairly docile domestic pigs. The owners claim that one of the pigs can calculate in 5 different languages.

There is a restaurant on site serving Thai, Chinese and Western food.

For many, however, the most memorable moment of your trip to this zoo will be your meeting with Jesse the Orang- Utan. He is a ten year old and certainly has a close bond with his companion/trainer. He likes to take your money and stick it up his jumper before kissing girls hands. A member of staff admitted that sometimes Jesse sneaks off with the money to buy sweets from a local stand.
