Good well run Zoo. Probably the best in Thailand. Wonderful for kids of all ages. pony rides. Pet the animals all that kind of activity. 1 hour drive from Pattaya ; but well worth it.
Khao Keow Zoo comprises both the Zoo and the Khao Chompoo wildlife sanctuary, found in the mountainous area of Chonburi province.
As well as the huge variety of animals on display there are Zip lines, a camping resort and a large restaurant.
At 7 PM every day there is a night Safari, where you can see the species that emerge in the dark.
You can drive round the park and park at suitable locations, rent a golf cart or take one of the circulating open busses.
