Mind blowing hotel, rooms are spacious. From the recepition and evey staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach is just opposite, lot of shops around and you can walk a bit more for walking street. Recommended hotel for everyone. Alcazar is just behind.
Great solo stay near the beach! Trip Type: Solo Location (5/5): Fantastic location, just about 200 meters from the beach. Easy to walk around. Service (5/5): Excellent service. The staff were always smiling, super welcoming, and ready to help with anything. Room: Stayed in the Deluxe Suite. Extremely clean and beautifully designed. Loved the headboard lighting—it gave the room such a stylish, ambient vibe! Parking: Space can be quite tight. If you’re driving a large vehicle, just be extra cautious when maneuvering around the parking area. Breakfast: It was decent with a good variety of options, though not necessarily a "must-try" highlight. Overall: A solid, comfortable choice for solo travelers. Would definitely recommend!
We stayed at B368 Pattaya Discovery Beach Hotel with friends in September 2024, and it was an outstanding holiday experience. The hotel has a great vibe, and everything felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent with a wide variety of choices, and every meal we had was enjoyable. The staff truly made our stay special – they were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The only downside was the noise from the street nightlife at night, which did affect our sleep a bit. So, for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay with no noise, this might not be the ideal choice. However, for others who enjoy being in a lively area, the location is perfect. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended for a fun and vibrant holiday in Pattaya!
I travel frequently, but the service I received from Monica (Nattakan) during my stay was truly in a league of its own. From the moment I arrived, her work ethic and dedication to guest satisfaction were incredibly impressive. What sets Monica apart is her proactive nature; she doesn’t just respond to requests, she anticipates needs with a level of detail that is rare to find. She is hardworking, professional, and carries a genuine warmth that makes guests feel truly valued. Monica is a massive credit to this hotel and a brilliant ambassador for your brand. If there is an internal recognition program or a 'Staff Member of the Month' award, Monica deserves it more than anyone I’ve encountered. She is the primary reason my experience here was so seamless and enjoyable. Management should be extremely proud to have such a dedicated professional like Nattakan on their team. Thank you, Monica! The location and hotel are perfect. Very clean and close to the beach and everything you could possibly need. All the staff were amazing, kind and helpful but walking in and out of the hotel and seeing Monica's smile brightened up my day more than anything
If you are ok with being in the pulsing centre of Pattaya nightlife (with the resulting noise at night) then this is your hotel. Super comfy room with great shower and beautiful swimming pool and restaurant. The beach is literally across the road. Quiet and comfortable in the day but slightly noisy at night. Try and get a room away from the side facing Soi 6. Staff very accommodating. Many repeat customers at the hotel indicated that this was a firm favourite amongst regular visitors to Pattaya. The value was very good and the restaurant was delightful and well priced. Live music in the evening. Pool does close at 7pm though.
