Description
Your driver will pick you up early morning from your hotel in Bangkok, transporting you 2.5 hours east to Pattaya city on Thailand’s east coast.
First, visit Khao Chi Chan, featuring a giant Buddha image carved into a marble cliff. Created in 1995 to honor King Bhumibol’s Golden Jubilee, it was initiated by the Supreme Patriarch to preserve the partially destroyed marble mountain.
Next, head to Pattaya viewpoint on Khao Phra Tam Nak, a small hill south of Pattaya Beach. This location offers sweeping views over Pattaya city and bay. The site also hosts the Naval Radio Station, a monument to Krom Luang Chumphon Khet Udomsak (Father of the Royal Thai Navy), and a sacred Buddha image.
You will then have free time to explore Pattaya Beach, a 4-kilometer crescent-shaped beach lined with restaurants, bars, shops, hotels, and entertainment options.
The tour departs Pattaya around 3:00 PM and arrives back at your Bangkok hotel by 6:00 PM.
