One of the best hotels in Pattaya, especially considering the price. The hotel comes with a nice pool and has excellent customer service. The location is perfect, very quiet and only a 10 minute walk from the beach. A special mention to Mr. Lee, who took care of every request, big or small, with great attention. The hotel staff were also very accommodating and allowed me to check in 3 hours before the official check-in time. They genuinely try their best to accommodate guests needs. The hotel is super clean, comfortable, and well managed. I honestly have no complaints. Because of the great experience here, I decided to extend my stay in Pattaya.
Stayed here for two weeks. Nice clean hotel. Staff go Above and beyond to make your stay memorable. From front of hotel staff to cleaners and security all very helpful, polite and friendly. Would 100% stay here again, the only thing I’d change are the pool Loungers don’t lie back and could do with cushions and maybe extend breakfast time till 11/11.30 But everything else perfect. We had a very pleasant stay at Centara Nova Hotel, Pattaya for three nights, and I would like to sincerely appreciate the entire team for their excellent hospitality. A special mention to Noon at the front desk. We arrived early in the morning after taking a 3:30 a.m. flight, travelling with our six-year-old child who was extremely tired. Although the official check-in time was 3:30 p.m., Noon was very considerate and empathetic. She immediately recognised our situation and, despite the early hour, made arrangements to provide us with a room without delay. This thoughtful gesture made a significant difference to our comfort and set a very positive tone for our stay. I would also like to appreciate the kitchen team, especially Eye, along with Chef Aum and the entire breakfast staff. Every morning, the buffet breakfast experience was delightful, with the team being consistently warm, attentive, and courteous. The food quality was very good, and they also offered a great fast food selection, which was particularly convenient while travelling with a child. The swimming pool was clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax during our stay. Overall, the entire staff was extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Their genuine hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Thank you once again to the team for making our stay memorable. We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.
Great stay. Highlights were early check-in at mid day after we arrived way too early at 8 a.m. , Maid service was superb and reception were very good. Decent pool with shade, shop next door and not a huge walk from Soi Buakao. If you don't like a walk use Bolt it was 88b to beach road. Massage (legit) across the road was great as was Krit Kitchen. Didn't use hotel food but then again I never do prefer to walk around. I would definitely stay here again, many thanks.
We had an issue with the electric system. It would come on and turn all the lights on every few hours...not ideal for sleeping the first night. After trying to sort it out with various solutions, the staff offered us another room. After changing, our stay was great. Very nice staff. Good swimming pool and gym. Breakfast offering was pretty good. Location is quiet which is a big plus for me in Pattaya. TDLR: 4.5/5
