I recently stayed at this hotel and found several aspects of the experience to be quite positive. Most notably, the room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of area to relax without feeling cramped, which isn't always easy to find. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and welcoming. However, there is significant room for improvement regarding the housekeeping standards. While the accommodations are structurally great, the management needs to pay much closer attention to deep cleaning. I noticed several overlooked areas that detracted from the comfort of the stay. With a more rigorous cleaning protocol and better attention to detail, this could easily be a five-star experience. For now, it’s a good stay that just needs a bit more polish.
Location: Great location near (party area) but not loud and easy access to the baht bus route. There is a new 7-Eleven directly across the street. Room: Spacious rooms. The furniture is a bit dated, but that didn’t bother me. Staff: Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfort: The only real downside was the bed. The mattress was extremely firm — honestly, even if you put a ton of weight on it, it wouldn’t sink at all. Sleeping on the floor would have been softer, and this significantly affected my sleep quality. A friend of mine stayed at another hotel of the same chain and had a very comfortable bed, so there seems to be some inconsistency, what I can not understand. Because of this, I can only give 4 stars at the moment. Once the mattresses are upgraded to soft I would be happy to stay here again.
i have been staying at april suites on and off for ten years. all i can say it is one of the best hotels i have ever had the pleasure of visiting. it is immaculately clean . but what stands out the most is the staff from the front desk , bell hops and cleaning staff. they are all polite, responsive, helpful and non intrusive. it's close to everything but on a quiet soi. the rooftop pool is excellent as the sauna. small but functional fitness room. this is my go to hotel in pattaya
