Important Suvarnabhumi Airport Pickup Instructions
Step 1: After you pass through Immigration and collect your luggage, please proceed directly to Gate 3.
Step 2: Once you arrive at Gate 3, please look for your name sign. Our staff will be holding a sign with your name in the Gate 3 meeting area.
Step 3: Our company staff will then escort you to your vehicle outside the airport.
Step 4: The driver will safely transfer you to your hotel or destination.
Don Mueang Airport (DMK) Pickup Instructions
Step 1: After you pass through Immigration and collect your luggage, please proceed to the meeting point.
International Terminal: Please go to Gate 5.
Domestic Terminal: Please go to Gate 11.
Step 2: Once you arrive at the meeting point, please look for your name sign. Our staff will be holding a sign with your name near the gate area.
Step 3: Our company staff will escort you to your vehicle outside the airport.
Step 4: The driver will safely transfer you to your hotel or destination.
Important Notice:
Please do not contact the driver directly under any circumstances. Calling the driver may cause confusion and make it difficult to locate the staff holding your name sign.
Please follow these steps exactly to ensure a smooth pickup experience.
Airport arrival service includes up to 120 minutes of free waiting time after actual flight landing time.
Hotel pickup service includes up to 45 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
No refund will be provided in case of no-show.
Additional waiting time will be charged at THB 200 per hour.
In the event of vehicle breakdown or accident, a replacement vehicle will be arranged as soon as possible.
Passenger accident insurance is provided according to the operator's insurance policy.

Important Information
- Pick up:
- Once you arrive at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Airport, please walk to Gate 3. Our airport representative will hold a placard with your name on it and take you to your reserved vehicle
- Once you arrive at Don Mueang International (DMK) Airport, please walk to Gate 5. Our airport representative will hold a placard with your name on it and take you to your reserved vehicle
- For transfers from your hotel to the airport, please take traffic conditions into consideration. Departure time from the hotel should be 3–4 hours before your flight time
