Description
The program begins with an introduction to scuba diving principles such as equalizing ears, underwater hand signals, and how to use your equipment including BCD, regulator, and mask.
You will then practice essential safety skills like breathing underwater, regulator recovery, mask clearing, and buoyancy control in a pool or calm, shallow water.
The final part involves one or two supervised reef dives at a maximum depth of 12 meters (40 feet), providing a controlled experience of ocean diving under instructor supervision.
