We used this hotel as a base it was a lovely place to retreat to. Felt right at home. Staff were lovely, very helpful and engaging
Overall, great value hotel in the heart of Jontaim beach. The Crest is a short walk away from the beach and local restaurants. The hotel and it's rooms feature an artistic vibe with each floor representing a major city in Thailand. The rooms feature spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. They are well designed and appealing. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. Lacking is good storage space. Breakfast was great for the room price. A mix of Thai and Western food was served with fresh fruit, tea and coffee available. The staff were kind and friendly and a beach mat was provided for the beach free of charge. The pool was cute, and grea for a dip. It's not a training pool for the Olympics. We will be back.
