Stayed here Feb '25. Big room, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff, with a balcony overlooking the esplanade and the ocean.. awesome place!
Nice hotel with a great location and guest friendly.I enjoyed my stay in a non beach facing room. Staff was excellent and most of them spoke good English.Breakfast was good but not included in price. Could use hotter shower water temperature and better door keycard system as well as a overhaul on plumbing as I needed to flush a couple times after using the bathroom. Most of the negatives I can see being updated next month when they do a renovation. Will stay here again my next trip.
The A/C worked properly only half the time. It would blow warmer humid air at others. I discussed this with the staff twice and was shown other rooms but the A/C was the same. Would not stay again for this reason. Also agree with other reviews saying cleaning of room floors and mattresses not great. Everything else was decent in the hotel. Nice large TV with HDMI in the rooms, wifi, fridge, safe worked well, quiet at night, right on beach. The area has a large Russian presence. Signage and restaurant menus are in Russian.
