When Matrix Group launched its City Centre Residences in April 2012 it signalled the seventh project the Pattaya developer is offering for sale. The other six are Sunset Boulevard 2, Art on the Hill, Paradise Park Jomtien Resort, Amazon Residence
(all low-rise) and The View and The Vision (both high-rise).
All Matrix units are offered fully furnished and prices range from approximately Baht 1 million (approx US$33,000) upwards for a one-bedroom home.
The company prides itself on offering flexible solutions and typically its units can be merged to form two- or three-bedroom residences.
It was previously branded the Iguana Group and under that name completed five projects in and around the city.
Matrix's dependability is a big lure for investors seeking a consistent return on their money or for those seeking a holiday home or a place to retire.
