The people behind the Meridiem Condo planned for Pratumnak believe that buyer choice should drive their design concept.
So they have provided 13 different layouts from 30-74 sqm in studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom configurations.
Each can be customised with full architectural support provided by the developer.
“We think its important when someone is buying a place which will become part of their lifestyle, that they get what they want,” said a spokesman for Domum Holding Co Ltd.
“We offer a wide selection of floor and wall finishes, furniture options and kitchen layouts in all our unit sizes.”
He added: “We can combine any adjacent units or create duplex units between floors.
“Because we are integrally involved in all stages of the design and build process, we can offer this flexibility.
“If we don’t have a one-bedroom unit in the building where the buyer wants it, it’s not difficult to create a one-bedroom out of a two-bedroom unit if they want it that way.
“Our design flexibility makes it easy to move bathrooms and kitchens in combined units so the buyer gets exactly what he or she wants.”
