Spent two nights here and had a really nice stay. The room itself is quite simple, but it’s perfectly adequate if you’re not looking for anything too fancy and plan to be out most of the time. It feels fair for the price. The real highlights are the café on the first floor and the rooftop area with the bar and swimming pool, both have such a great vibe. The food was genuinely impressive: everything we ordered was delicious, well-presented, and looked exactly like the menu. The cocktails were great too. It is a bit on the pricey side, but honestly, it felt worth it for the quality. The rooftop pool is a standout, especially at sunset, the view is beautiful and really elevates the whole experience. Location-wise, it’s very convenient. There’s a 7-11 nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away, which made everything super easy. This is a great choice if you’re looking for a chill stay with good food and a lovely atmosphere. Overall we had a good time here ka :)
This is a 2 star hotel with a 5star roof bar and prices are too expensive for food and drinks.. we also turned up 1 hour early and the room was ready but they demanded we pay 100 bt extra for early check in.. the bed is also too hard, not enough hangers for cllthes, no dryer for clothes, no table or chair for sitting outside..etc.. . the roof top pool is nice but only six sunbeds to lay in the sun.. the rest bean bags.. not atall a good experience for me i would not stay here again
I stayed here on my birthday. The place is okay to stay. It has a cute cafe and nice rooftop restaurant on site. Room was standard. What I didn’t like was that the staff was very inflexible about how to pay the deposit for the room key. They refused to let me pay by card or even scan pay which is highly unusual. They asked to hold my passport which is illegal and can get you fined if Thai police stop you without it. Eventually they settled for my Thai partner’s ID card. For context I couldn’t access cash because I lost my debit card. We also had zero WiFi in the room available. If it even popped up as available it would disappear as soon as I connect. I could only access WiFi in the cafe downstairs or in the restaurant upstairs. When I mentioned it at the front desk they just said a lot of people were using its which was a pretty poor excuse and no effort was made to correct it.
The bed is firm but not uncomfortable for sleeping, if you have upper and lower back pain, this might be the best bed for what’s it worth. Pillows are also good! Downstairs coffee is good and the brunch, lunch & dinner is great. The rooms are quiet a different expectation from their lobby, but it’s functional for a short festival stay. Hot waters is good, water pressure is good.
I'm staying for two nights to reschedule my plans in Thailand. Noticed so many things right from the get-go that I'd have to make a detailed list: 1) The room looks different in reality and photos. In person, you see some peeling walls and some very minimalist design, like the lack of a simple sofa or coffee table to quietly read a book or work. It creates an uncomfortable atmosphere, more like a youth hostel, not a 3-star (family kinda) hotel. 2) The lack of bedside tables. 3) The AC is pointed directly on the bed + noisy. 4) A bunch of minor issues. 5) Low and hard beds. 6) In the "Partial Seaview" rooms, the balcony overlooks a supposedly relatively quiet street, but very loud and rattling scooters periodically pass by in the middle of the night, and this might be annoying for sensitive sleep, because the soundproofing by the balcony door isn't quite good. ---------------- + update Manager reacted very fast to everything I mentioned, so I even hadn't expected such a fast reaction. The team tried to solve problems with WiFi and also brought a cup of camomile tea. Offered to change room or give money back for the second night plus 20% discount in case if stay gets extended. I hope with such a good management team the hotel will improve very much in the future! Honest Pros: - good seaview from the rooftop 5th floor (restaurant) - very good choice of music list in the restaurant, feels modern and classy - very delicious pizza (most delicious pizza I had in Thai for such a long time) - has swimming pool on the roof with good view as well.
