We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to Nova Tour, located inside the hotel lobby. They offer a wide range of Pattaya activities at very reasonable prices, so there is no need to go outside and search for better deals. Their service was excellent and made booking activities very convenient. Overall, this is an excellent hotel at a very affordable price, with great service, delicious food, and convenient access to Pattaya activities. Highly recommended! 👍
The rooms are comfortably spacious and well maintained, with room service available. However, the service does require some improvement, especially at the reception, which was not very prompt in addressing issues. The key card to my room had a fault and was damaged, yet assistance took longer than expected. That said, the view from my room was absolutely breathtaking and truly elevated the stay. The breakfast spread is quite commendable, offering a good variety of options. The bathrooms are clean and luxurious, and the pool is also well maintained. A spa centre is available within the hotel. Overall, a good experience with scope for improvement.
We had such a wonderful stay at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya. This was our second visit, and we were never disappointed. We are already planning to come back for the third time! Our child absolutely loves this resort, especially the water park and swimming pools — they are truly amazing and perfect for families. The beach is clean, and it’s very relaxing to spend time there. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of delicious food. There are so many choices, and everything tastes great. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. During our stay, we met Khun Winn and Khun Kaew at the check-in and check-out counter, and they provided outstanding service. They were always smiling and gave us very helpful recommendations. We truly appreciated their kindness. This is one of our favorite resorts, and we will definitely come back again!
I had a wonderful stay at Centara Pattaya Hotel! 🏨✨ The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day out exploring Pattaya. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready with a smile and quick assistance whenever needed. 😊 The location is very convenient—close to shopping areas, restaurants, and the beach, yet still quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s rest. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options to start the day right. 🍳🥐 I also really enjoyed the swimming pool area—it was clean and a perfect place to unwind. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Centara Pattaya Hotel to anyone visiting the area. Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The property is very clean, and the service is excellent. Breakfast had a good variety and was well prepared. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. Special thanks to Mr. Shan for arranging an early check-in it made our arrival so much more comfortable. Also, Miss Pla at the reception was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality.
