Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Everything was excellent, from the service to the facilities. The onsen view was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. I was also impressed that the housekeeping staff kept the onsen area clean at all times, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The only area that could be improved is the waiting time before the treatment, as it was a bit longer than expected. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely come back again!
Had the Body & Soul package today and really enjoyed it. The aromatherapy massage was very relaxing, and the body scrub left my skin feeling soft and refreshed. Everything was comfortable from start to finish. A special thank you to Ying, my therapist. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Her massage was excellent, and she paid great attention to detail throughout the treatment. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and much better than when I arrived. Would definitely come back again and would be happy to book with Ying next time.
Paid for an onsen entry plus a body scrub for b1600 ( cheaper using a package I realised ) . The 45mins scrub was very well done and skin was refreshed after the scrubs. The onsen was very clean and huge with different therapeutic pool. Will try the one in Bangkok when I’m there too.

It was really amazing, in general I went with a group of five girls, who requested to have massage the five of us together, but unfortunately, they don’t have rooms that big, so we split the group Toto a room of three in a room of two, the service was spotless. Everywhere was extremely clean super satisfying massage. The language was not a problem because they don’t speak very good English. They have tablets for you to specify where you want to focus your massage. People is very kind the receptionist were very helpful and accommodating, glad to make this reservation and enjoy this time super relaxing. They give us tea, sticky, rice, and mango(which was extremely sweet and soft never expect to like something like that weird combination, but amazingly good) The grand center, where is located? This park is also an absolute delight. Something that I didn’t mention is that they also gave us these spray for the pillows that may help you to sleep, I really like at my house lately smell like a Spa 🥰 love it
