Booked via Klook it was a pleasant experience to enjoy dinner here with the sunset view. the boat travels every 30 mins so if you miss it you’ll have to wait. didn’t really try the prawning or fishing cos it seems like nobody caught anything. but the seafood was great, I felt very full from eating those!
Great experience. We booked at the pier as it was cheaper and we got there before 4 so we had first choice of seating. Short boat ride out to the floating cafe. A couple of complimentary coloured water drinks. You pay 1000baht for your table and can only sit for 2 hours. You might as well order 1000bahy worth of food which we didn’t know as it wasn’t explained very well. Very good relaxed atmosphere and nice to chill out. Didn’t catch anything but a great experience
Booked online through Klook at 400 baht. This included short speed boat ride to and from offshore cafe, welcome drink and a small fishing rod to catch squid. If you want bait (shrimp) to try and catch fish it costs 100 baht. I choose to sit on one of the netted sidings with the blue cushion at a cost of 1,000 baht which was credited towards my food bill. I ordered som tum, dumplings, Thai sausage, French fries and coke which came to around 1,200 baht, considerably more expensive than the mainland. A small beer is 139 baht. I must say the food was excellent and arrived within 20 minutes of ordering. Service staff were very welcoming and attentive although their English language skills were lacking. There is an attendant on hand to guide you through the fishing process so no need to worry if you are a novice. The boat was kitted out very well, and provides some nice back drops for photos. Modern pop music is piped in the background adding to a relaxing atmosphere. Around three hours on the boat is probably enough. Overall I thought it was tremendous value even though the food is a bit pricey. It's a novel experience and from my observations most people were having an enjoyable experience. Big thumbs up from me.
Floating cafe bar and resturant on pattaya beach. Entry include speed boat transfer 2 way and fishing rod is around 350 to 400THB. Food and drinks as per menu charges (expensive compared to mainland) If you want the view seating then minimum order is 1000 THB addition allowed for 2 hours. Rude and non courteous staff.
