I recently stayed at Signature Hotel Pattaya and had a great experience. The room service was excellent. *Special mention to room maid Pranee — she was very good, thorough and polite. HK Supervisor Anita was also so kind and welcoming. Her hospitality made our stay even better.* *Overall the staff were attentive and the hotel was comfortable. Highly recommend

I was particularly impressed with the room service; the staff was prompt, professional, and very attentive to all our needs. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile.
