We just arrived but we like it here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the room with a bunk bed and the kids loved it, it's also comfortable. The bathroom is big enough.
Even though we only visited Kokotel for meals, the experience was really wonderful. The food was good especially the margaretta pizza, spaghetti pasta and Salad were aaroi jin jin (very very delicious) 😋 the atmosphere was pleasant, and the hospitality made the visit even better. A special thanks to Luka, Cave and all other staff members for their excellent service and friendly behavior. They were very polite, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Staff members like them leave a lasting impression. Would definitely recommend visiting Kokotel for both the food and the amazing hospitality!
Good location and not far from Terminal 21 and Pattaya beach. The room has big space, acceptable cleanliness but the toilet is flooding while showering due to uneven floorslope. Breakfast is not worth the add-on price.
The price is quite cheap, and the room itself was acceptable for what you pay. However, the parking situation is a big problem. When I arrived to check in around 9 PM, I had to reverse my car into a very difficult space, which was extremely inconvenient. Even worse, when I wanted to leave, I couldn’t get out because another car was parked too close to mine. I had to wait for another guest to come and move their car, which was very frustrating and a complete waste of time. It really made the whole experience feel very disappointing.
I had the unfortunately news that my stay in Pattaya had been canceled so I had to explore the web to find an exceptional hotel 2 days prior to my visit. In my luck I found this exact location, never heard of the company and I figured the location was a bit far from the center. But to my surprise It was the perfect spot. great service, quiet, and clean so overall very comfortable. There was an issue when I had no hot running water but one conversation with the housekeeper and it was fixed in no time. I would recommended this location to anyone.
