I stayed at the Arbour for 2 weeks, in a basic King Deluxe room. The room provided all I needed. The shower was also perfect, always enough pressure. The AC also very effective. The outstanding part of this hotel is the staff. Never been in a hotel with such friendly personnel. I want to point out Nisa, the Guest Realtion Manager. Always helpfull and eager to make my stay more pleasant.
A wonderful place to stay with very friendly staff. We had a problem with a driver, and the manager and reception team helped us solve it with great care and kindness. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with a washing machine and a microwave. We are truly grateful for their help and hospitality. Highly recommended!
By far one of the best hotels I have stayed at in the area. Hotel staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. Beds and pillows are soft. Room is very clean too. Within short walking distance of major areas. Air conditioner takes a little longer than usual to cool room down and is on temp timer to a degree, but still maintains cool temp in summer heat. Cannot stress enough how polite the staff here is. 9/10 recommend
A 4 star that feels like a 5 star. Cozy rooms (bed maybe a bit too soft). Well equipped with a washing machine, induction stove, microwave, safe. Definitely loved the staff at the entrance and the reception. Buffet may seem a bit not extravagant but their enthusiasm to get stuff made overcomes this. Food tastes good, coffee was excellent .The bathroom was huge and absolutely sparkling clean. Great stay! Also, there are scooty rentals and 7 eleven just down the lane at a walking distance!
I had a wonderful 3-night stay at this modern hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was very good, and the beautiful small swimming pool was perfect for relaxing and taking Instagram-worthy photos. The spa was absolutely amazing and added a special touch to our stay. What truly made the difference, however, was the kindness and professionalism of the staff, who always did their best to meet our requests and ensure we had a great experience. A special thank you to Nisa for her kindness, dedication, and outstanding service. She truly made our stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!
