From the moment I arrived, this hotel delivered a truly exceptional experience. Every detail reflected luxury, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make every moment feel effortless, always greeting us with genuine warmth and professionalism. The restaurants offered excellent dining, the pool was the perfect place to unwind, and the room was beautifully appointed, immaculate, and incredibly comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms, service, and facilities are truly five-star and a great addition to the Jomtien area. For us, the highlight was the adults-only area, with its dedicated pool and beautiful bar. Many Thai hotels seem reluctant to offer adults-only facilities despite the strong demand for them, so this was a refreshing change. The hotel has managed to strike the perfect balance between being family-friendly, with a fantastic pool and water slides for children, while also providing a peaceful and relaxing environment for adults. The staff were excellent throughout our stay, including the housekeeping team, who did a fantastic job. It is worth noting that we stayed during the low season, so the hotel was not particularly busy. As such, we cannot comment on how the property feels during peak periods when occupancy is much higher. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked our next visit for November.
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! This hotel is a fantastic choice for families with children. The three levels of swimming pools and exciting water slides kept the kids entertained throughout our stay. What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service. During our stay, my daughter had to take Math exam, and we unexpectedly found out that using an iPad or tablet was not permitted. The manager on duty went above and beyond to assist us. They were incredibly understanding, accommodating, and helped us find a solution so that my daughter could complete her 40-minute exam without any problems. I am sincerely grateful for the support and professionalism shown by the hotel staff. Their willingness to help during a stressful situation made a lasting impression on our family. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pattaya, especially families with children. The facilities are excellent, the service is outstanding, and the staff genuinely care about their guests. You definitely won’t regret staying here!
The room was very clean. It’s a bit small, but well laid out and comfortable. The atmosphere was nice, and many staff were helpful and attentive. The main issue was breakfast. We had to wait 20–30 minutes on both days, so there wasn’t much time left to eat. Several items were already gone and not refilled, but the buffet still closed at the usual time, which felt unfair after waiting. Overall, a good stay, but breakfast management could be much better
