3 night stays, good value for money if booked in hotel official website, nice roof top swimming pool. Good location, close to Terminal 21, Central Marina and spa. Will be perfect if more choices for breakfast.
July, 23_July26. 2026 My fifth visit to Pattaya for the past four year , I can't say I tried every kind of hotels services , but I tell you this hotel is beyond the 5 stars service from the moment you arrive to time you don't want to go back to work. I had a little incident in my room which required cleaning it from nature cause its no ones fault, I called the front desk suddenly I found three staff members between cleaning and moving me to a new room in minutes. The only problem I had is they kept apologizing for nature fault every time I meet any staff member. Marina Suite is the room if you love the sea view like my very essential for a vacation, Huge lobby with a snack or drink bar I didn't use neither the pool or GYM . Honestly I was enough for me to walk about 25,000 steps a day while enjoying everything. The hotel in a quite area yet its in a walking distance of shopping malls , beach, night life. I thank the staff and the management for a great fun memorable vacation.
Honestly, the hotel itself is excellent. The rooms are spotless, the staff is super helpful, and all the facilities are top-notch. Everything was perfect until night came. The hotel is right next to a nightclub, and the bass was so loud it literally vibrated through the room. We barely got any sleep because of it. No matter how good the service or the rooms are, you still need to be able to sleep at night, and that was just impossible here. If you're planning to stay out partying late anyway or noise doesn't bother you, this place is amazing. But if you actually want a good night's rest, you might want to look somewhere else or make sure you ask for a room on the far side of the building.
Subscribe for $50 a night this room would cost $200 a night back in America. On soi 3 great location just out of the chaos but close enough to it. You can be anywhere within five minutes. The staff was great. The food in the morning for breakfast was top match and it’s just so close to anywhere you wanna be I can’t recommend this place enough. It is the nicest place i’ve stayed in the city for the price by leaps and bounds
The hotel has a decent sized lobby for chilling. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Ms Siri whom helped me to change to a new room promptly. Check in and check out process were fast, we were really impressed by the customer service and the size of the room. Location of hotel is situated inside a small lane, grab drivers may missed the turn and had to make a big detour. There is a pub across the street. For light sleepers, you may want to request for the rooms facing the back end.
