Checked in from 12 june to 15 june for 3 days. Male person sitting at main desk is very rude to customers. He dont have sense to talk politely to guest. We waited 45 minutes for check in at our rooms. They have alloted us room which was very very far . For indian guest there is very very few limited options for food.
My trip to pattaya in this hotel was very beautiful . Al humdu li Allah, i enjoy in this hotel , it have much of things can make you relax example: it have fishes in lac, big swimming bool, classes for learning how to cook thiland food, garden near lac...et. The service is very good , the employes name's waen and malay they were kindness...
