Drivers will wait no longer than 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. After 30 minutes, if a customer doesn't show up, the booking will be considered a no-show. -Cancel at least 48 hours prior to your service and get a full refund. - The driver can take a photo of you as evidence that he serves a service. Important Information

• 1 car can carry max 2 suitcase or 2 big bags and 1-2 carry-on bag. -You are allowed up to 30-60 minutes free waiting time at the airport in the event of any delays. In the event of longer delays, you will be subject to additional parking fees - If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.
