Although I wasn't staying at Levana Hotel, I came here every morning for breakfast. It turned out to be one of the best decisions of my stay in Pattaya! The breakfast was excellent, with fresh seasonal fruit every morning, delicious fried eggs (always served in the shape of a heart), and a menu that the staff happily adapted to my request. The restaurant is bright, spacious and very pleasant, making it a wonderful place to start the day. What made the experience even more special was the kindness of the staff. Everyone made me feel genuinely welcome, and the receptionist always had a warm smile and a few kind words for me. She even speaks a little French, which was a lovely surprise! Thank you for making my mornings so enjoyable during my stay in Pattaya. I will definitely come back for breakfast on my next visit.
I stayed in superior rooms and paid from $31 to $33 per night. They were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The minor annoyances were occasionally hearing the neighbors and the sometimes unsteady Wi-Fi. The rooftop has a swimming pool and nice views of the city. The staff were hospitable, although, if you're an unfamiliar or troublesome guest you will probably have to leave a deposit at check-in. Overall, it was a good choice in this part of the city and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Without a doubt the best hotel in Pattaya. I highly recommend it. The staff is friendly, courteous, and they truly keep their promises. Very affordable prices for high-quality rooms. Thank you!
Great value for your money. We recently had an enjoyable 3 nights stay at this hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast selection not big but was prepared deliciously. A 24-hour large Foodland store located just 100m from the property. All staff members were very friendly and greet you with a warm smile. Honorable mention to aunt Mod who was exceptionally helpful, speaks fluent english and interactively mingle with each guest. I no doubt will stay here again on future visits to Pattaya.
The hotel does not have a beach view, as it is located 25 minutes walk from the sea. Cozy hotel with very little street noise and you only hear the occasional motorcycle without a muffler. The staff is very helpful and they want you to have a pleasant stay. They are always helpful if there is anything and you quickly notice that this is the culture among the staff as it applies from when you arrive at the reception on arrival until you are escorted to the taxi that you leave the hotel with on departure. The rooms are bright and modern, have good air conditioning and the cleanliness is very good. Also positive is that Foodland and Big C are in the immediate vicinity. I stayed at the hotel for 1 month and if the holiday had not ended I would have happily stayed there longer. One of my favorite hotels!
