⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa! The hospitality was outstanding, and every staff member made us feel truly welcome. A heartfelt thank you to the team for making my wife’s birthday so special with the beautiful room decorations—it was a thoughtful gesture that created unforgettable memories. Our room offered breathtaking views of the sea and the stunning infinity pool, making every moment feel relaxing and luxurious. The breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety of delicious, high-quality food to start the day. Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional service and warm hospitality. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Pattaya!
We had a fantastic calm, quiet and a quality family time here. Staffs were all very kind and welcoming. Very family friendly resort. Location is away from the noisy nightlife of Pattaya. Suitable for those with either children or pets who seeks a quiet retreat. Hope to visit again for the peaceful and welcoming vibe. Food is also great all breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wonderful chefs working here for sure 😊 Thank you for the experience. See you again!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hotel staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The food was delicious, with every meal exceeding our expectations. We also loved the amenities—the toiletries had such a beautiful fragrance and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. Everything about our experience was exceptional. We truly felt well taken care of and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay, on top of excellent facilities/services, one of the highlights of our experience was the outstanding service from Johnnie. Every single morning at breakfast, Johnnie would come over with a warm smile to check on us, asking how everything was, whether we enjoyed the food, and if there was anything we needed. His attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed. What impressed us the most was that he didn’t just ask, he took action immediately. When he noticed that some of the food wasn’t at its best, he personally went back to the kitchen and brought us freshly prepared replacements. Even something as simple as cold, chewy fried dough sticks (Chinese donuts) was replaced with a hot, freshly fried batch straight from the kitchen without us even having to request it. That level of initiative, hospitality, and pride in his work is something you rarely see. Johnnie consistently went above and beyond to ensure every breakfast was enjoyable and every guest felt valued. Thank you, Johnnie, for making our stay so special. We will definitely return and look forward to seeing you again!
We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. A special thanks to Khun Ing and Khun Lyn for the warm welcome at the lobby and for making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean, beautiful, and well maintained. We especially loved the pools, they were spacious, peaceful, and offered amazing views. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of delicious options. We would definitely love to come back again soon.
