Room is spacious and the common area is well decorated. The pool has so many people taking photo that it is difficult to enjoy swimming but that's understandable. Location is convenient with the 7-11 nearby and 3 mins walk from the beach. The room floor is rather dusty though, and the pillow inside itself is yellowish. Also the slipper provided looks pretty old and we didn't dare to reuse it.
Our stay at Terra Nara was such a great surprise at this almost final stage of our trip. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and has that perfect balance between comfort and style. The rooms are spacious, clean, and practical, especially when you’re traveling as a family. The pool is perfect to cool off at the end of the day, especially after the heat and the busy streets of Pattaya. The location is also a big plus, close to the beach and restaurants, but far enough to actually rest and sleep well. The breakfast had good variety, the staff was kind, and everything simply worked as it should, which makes a huge difference during long trips. If you’re planning to stay in Pattaya with kids, this is a safe, comfortable, and practical option.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pattaya! The location is perfect — just a short walk to Pattaya Beach and right near a 7-Eleven, which made everything so convenient. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The room interior was absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and very comfortable. I really loved the design and atmosphere. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Pattaya!
We didn’t choose this hotel the first time because some emotional and negative reviews made us hesitant. However, since it was reasonably priced and still available at the last minute, we decided to give it a try — even with doubts — and ended up completely changing our minds after our two-night stay. This is a newly renovated hotel with a modern exterior and interior. The spaces feel warm and open, with a simple, clean design that impressed us a lot. There isn’t much furniture, but we didn’t mind at all. The room even had a projector TV, which was a nice touch. It’s a pet-friendly hotel, but pets are arranged separately. We don’t have pets and didn’t see any during our stay. The location is excellent: about a 10-minute walk to the beach, and a lively bar street just one block away, yet much calmer than Walking Street. It’s easy to catch a songthaew to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which is lots of fun. Personally, we preferred Pattaya Central Mall — more choices and relaxing spaces without large tour groups. All staff were very friendly and patient. There was an extra charging sheet on the table (better kept in the drawer), good guests don’t need to worry about it. Highly recommend Terra Nara Hotel.
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. The location is excellent — you can walk to several shopping malls like Terminal 21 Pattaya and Central Marina Outlet, walk to the beach, and there are convenience stores nearby as well. Everything is within walking distance. On my latest trip, I stayed here for the Pattaya Marathon, and I could even walk from the hotel to the venue. It gave me plenty of time to prepare before the race. The room was really nice—spacious and comfortable. The bathroom came with shower gel and shampoo provided. Normally, I don’t really like using hotel toiletries, but my girlfriend loved the shower gel, she said it didn’t dry out her skin. Personally, I liked it too. The water pressure was great, making showering really enjoyable. As for the stay, the hotel breakfast was very delicious. It’s a shame that I only woke up early enough to eat it for one day, because on the other day I had the meal provided by the marathon event. The service was great as well—we could talk to the staff and request anything we needed. Overall, I really like this place. I think I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trips to Pattaya, especially if I’m coming for the Pattaya Marathon.
