Our stay at the Beston Pattaya hotel was simply fantastic. The rooms were clean, modern, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was always smiling and very helpful with everything we needed. A big bonus is the beautiful and well-maintained pool, which was perfect for relaxing. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is in a great location – close enough to the action, yet in a quieter area. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to everyone!
Extremely good service, friendly and enthusiastic staff, very cute. They let us check in early because we arrived in Pattaya early and waited until we fell asleep on the chair in the hotel waiting room. They were extremely kind. The view here is very beautiful, the rooms look luxurious and spacious, clean, fragrant, the bed is soft and white, the receptionist on the morning shift on June 18, 2026 is very professional, Bellman hotel is also super cute. We went out all day and planned to ask for mineral water when we returned to the hotel because we had used it all, but the room service hung a bag containing all the necessary items in the room for us in front of the room door, perfect ❤❤❤ Very ideal location to go to areas such as Terminal 21 Pattaya, Pattaya beach, Jomtien beach, Jomtien night market, there are many massage spas around the hotel area and near car rental places. The machine is very convenient. The people in Thailand are very cute and enthusiastic, they always smile and greet guests, making me feel so in love with Thailand. Snacks and 7-11 are very close to the hotel, with activities at night. Will plan to return to this hotel when I have the opportunity to come here again
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The view is absolutely stunning and truly unforgettable. The swimming pool is excellent and very well maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and made my stay very relaxing. I was very impressed with the overall experience and will definitely come back again in the future.
