Everything about this place was great! The room I stayed in was very spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again!
Excellent location and view. Spacious rooms. Balcony at the sea side. Breakfast good but nothing special. Should be Doucet in the room, our Doucet was in the balcony.
So beautiful place, the rooms are big & having sea view, have a nice coffee & food shop on the marine, around the area have some nice restaurant too 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
The room looks like the photos, and the view from my room was nice. However, the room doesn’t hold up well when you look closely. Their price is cheaper than other nearby sea-view hotels, so considering the value, I could tolerate it. The room is clean but there’s a hair on the pillow before use. The air conditioning can be quite loud for light sleepers, and I could smell cigarette smoke from outside when the bathroom door was open. The entrance is narrow. Another room we booked bathtub tap has no hot water but they offered to fixed it promptly. I walked past some rooms on the ground floor, they seem newer and better maintained. The café also has an amazing sea view, and guests receive a 10% discount. However, the magnum chocolate cake and coffee I ordered were not very good.
Baan Tah on the Sea, built on a former fisherman pier in quiet Bang Sare fisherman village 30 minutes south of Pattaya, was a lovely oceanfront resort where fisherman’s boats sailing in and our nearby fisherman piers were widely and closely seen. It has 2 accommodation rooms types which guests could choose from either costly water bungalows or reasonable guest rooms in 2-storied buildings located further from the sea but near its entrance. The resort was designed in a trendy minimalist loft style. We stayed in one of its water bungalows where fishing via fishing rods could be exploited from our own balcony. The bungalow was very spacious and sometime looked empty, especially its bath room. The resort’s buffet breakfast offered a wide and ample variety of dishes suitable for Thai guests. The strongest strength of the resort was its amazing panoramic views of the ocean with several fisherman’s boats sailing and anchoring around nearby fisherman piers.
